The beloved musician is performing shows from his tour that kicks off in August 2023, with stops in South America, Central America, North America, Europe and more. In his show, Luis Miguel is a featured performer, enjoying his songs and dancing on stage. At one of his recent concerts, he shared his love for Cristiano Ronaldo, celebrating the end of the show by practicing Ronaldo’s signature celebratory move.

Although the celebration is less enthusiastic than what Cristiano does every time he scores, it’s still quite recognizable, especially when Luis Miguel jumps and lands with his arms outstretched.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s celebration consists of a run, a jump and a twist in the air, landing with his arms outstretched. Another important element of the celebration is the noise that Ronaldo and his supporters make, which sounds like “siuu”.
“I started saying ‘c’, it’s like ‘yes’, when I was at Real Madrid,” Ronaldo explained in an interview, according to the Four Four Two website. “I was in the US and we played against Chelsea and I don’t know where it’s coming from, the celebration.”
“I just scored and it came out. It was natural to be honest. From then on, I started doing it more often and I think the fans and the fans see it and they’re like ‘Cristiano, siiiiiiuuu.'”

This summer, Luis Miguel completed his US tour, becoming the most important act in Latin America due to his record sales, which included 25 sold-out shows.
According to a report from Billboard Released at the time, his tour grossed US$318.2 million and sold 2.2 million tickets in its first 146 shows. These sales make him the highest-grossing Latin artist of all time.
