Eva Mendes wants to brighten your Tuesday. The actress and businesswoman shared an adorable video a few hours ago giving her followers an exciting family update.
© GothamIn a video shared on Instagram, Mendes is seen welcoming an adorable and fluffy Doodle dog, revealing that she and her family have adopted him. Her name is Magic and the clip shows her having a lot of fun with Mendes, running towards her and taking part in photoshoots.
At one point, Magic lay adorably under Mendes, resting her tiny head on a rolled-up yoga mat.
“Meet the newest member of our family…Magic!!!” she captioned the post. Mendes also highlighted the rescue organization that connected her to Magic, California Doodle Rescues.
“We adopted him from this amazing organization @californiadoodlerescues with more to come…I’m crazy about him and excited to share Magic’s life with you.”

Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are very private about their relationship and their family, including their daughters Esmeralda and Amada. Although the girls rarely appear in photos and the couple doesn’t like to walk the red carpet together, Mendes has shared plenty of stories about her family over the past year.
In several Instagram stories shared this summer, Mendes revealed that their kids love to travel with stuffed animals, which parents make them carry when the girls get bored of holding them. The photo shows her looking wearily at the camera as she holds her daughters’ stuffed animals.
“So I guess they’re a significant part of my carry-on now? Is that the new norm?” He wrote on the image. “BTW, these are only three of the six people traveling with us. But at least I’ve talked them out of twelve,” he concluded, adding a variety of laughing emojis.
