Guillermo and Maxima from the Netherlands managed to reunite their three daughters before Christmas arrived. Princesses Amalia, Alexia and Ariane take part in a photo session with their parents in which there is no shortage of MamboFunny family poodle. It’s been a while since we’ve seen the five of them together and that’s why this report comes as quite a surprise.
The kings and their daughters chose Amsterdam’s Begijnhof courtyard for this pre-Christmas and very autumn gathering. Queen Maxima opted for a white coat, without collar and belt, accessorized with a large pearl brooch and light colored accessories. His daughters also followed the same stylistic formula, albeit with slight variations. Thus, Princess Amalia, who is about to turn 21, looks very stylish with wide jeans, a dark bag and a long, oversized light-colored coat with wide lapels. Alexia, 19 years oldOpted for a chocolate colored coat with large pockets and a belt, while Arian, 17 years old, She wore a fuchsia coat and tall beige boots. The three princesses have already created style and are about to become as important as their mother.
One of the funniest moments, which made everyone laugh, was when Mambo decided to leave the group to relieve himself next to a tree. Princess Amalia covered her face, while the royals smiled loudly at the photographers.
This is the first time we’ve seen the three princesses together since the summer. It so happens that, as happened to Kings Felipe and Letizia, Guillermo and Maximo live alone in the Huis ten Bosch palace in The Hague. After spending a year in Madrid fleeing the threat of the mafia, the heir to the throne has already managed to resume his private studies at the University of Amsterdam, where he is studying politics, psychology, law and economics.
Amsterdam, London and Duino
The Princess of Orange made herself so comfortable in our country that a few days ago she presented some tulips as a token of gratitude for hosting her in Madrid. “I give your city a small sample of the beautiful flowers of the Netherlands, that they may shine in the beautiful Plaza de Oriente. I hope they will bring a little extra color to Madrid, especially in spring, as I have received what the city has generously given me.”
For her part, Princess Alexia attends the prestigious University College London (UCL). Last September she began studying science and engineering for social change, and last week, two months after the course began, she changed majors. She is now a student of civil engineering taught in the engineering faculty of the same educational center and is specialized in construction and management of all types of infrastructure.
The youngest of the family, Princess Ariane, is Infanta Sofia’s age and, like her, is studying International Baccalaureate at the United World School entity. Only he did it at the UWC Adriatic in Duomo (Italy) instead of the UWC Atlantic in Wales. As Princess Leonor’s sister, this is her first time away from home.
