Melania Trump is a former model and someone who probably pays attention to the food she eats and her activity levels. A recently resurfaced video features a look at some of her regular meals, including some of her favorite indulgences that she eats on the weekends and whenever she has a craving.

According to the outlet, Melania eats the same breakfast every day: a smoothie made with blueberries, carrots, spinach, low-fat yogurt and apple juice. She prioritizes eating at least seven pieces of fruit a day, prioritizing her favorites, which are apples and peaches
Her diet has room for sweets and treats, including dark chocolate and ice cream, although she is mindful of the portions she eats.
