Brad Pitt will soon celebrate his 61st birthday. One of her wishes is to reconnect with her children, with whom she has been out of touch for the past year.
© Rudy KerzevoliAccording to Daily MailPitt is “begging” two of his six children to spend his birthday on December 18 with him. “Brad loves his kids and it would mean the world to him to have them spend his special day with him,” the source said.
“But so far it doesn’t feel so good. Some kids still talk to him, some don’t. It’s very hard.”
Over the past year, several of her children have decided to drop Pitt, going by their mother’s surname only. Shiloh applied to change her name shortly after celebrating her 18th birthday, when her sister Zahara’s video showed her introducing herself as “Zahara Jolie” to her fellow sisters.
“They had a good relationship but it’s in the past and it breaks her heart,” a source said Page Six Time to change Shiloh’s name.
Various reports claim that Maddox and Pax are not on speaking terms with Pitt. Knox and Vivienne appear to be the only siblings still in contact with their father, though they haven’t been photographed with him in years.
This past year, the kids have been photographed numerous times with their mother Angelina Jolie, with Vivienne accompanying her at the Tony Awards and Knox acting as her date at the Governors Awards.

The holiday season has been emotional for Pitt, with various sources claiming he misses his kids and wants to have a better relationship with them. “Brad misses his kids and wishes he had a closer relationship with them, especially with the holidays this month and celebrating his birthday,” a source said. Despite the tension with his children, Pitt seems happy in his love life, with his relationship with Ines de Ramon continuing to grow. Dee Ramon, who has been dating Pitt since 2022, is “supportive and Brad is looking forward to ringing in the new year with her.”
