Britney Spears has two things to celebrate this birthday! On November 2nd, Spears celebrated her 43rd birthday and was declared legally single by the state of California.
© GrosbyGroupThe news broke TMZWho looked at court records and the date they were released. Spears’ announcement of being legally single comes seven months after her divorce from Sam Asgari. According to sources, the two parted amicably, with Spears’ wealth secured by a love interest.
“The split was amicable and the prenup was not challenged,” a source said people During their divorce. “Britney continues her freedom and moves forward.”
This past October, Spears shared a video of herself dancing in her wedding dress. “The day I married myself,” she captioned the post. “Bringing it back because it might seem embarrassing or stupid, but I think it’s the most brilliant thing I’ve ever done!!!”
Spears appears to be dating her landscaper, Paul Soliz. Asghari is dating Brooke Irvine, the two were spotted together earlier this week.

Earlier this year, Spears reportedly reunited with her 18-year-old son Jayden. After years apart, Jayden moved back to California after living in Hawaii with his brother Sean, 19, and his father Kevin Federline, who has had custody of his children since 2008.
It seems Jayden was the first to make the move and facilitate the reunion, reaching out to Spears first. “Jaden texted Britney that he was back home,” an insider said Page six. “She was very happy to hear from him and to see him.”
The two have been spending time together for the past one month. “Britney is thrilled to have her baby back,” said another insider of the reunion. “Everything is going in the right direction.
