The British royal family ushered in Christmas with a traditional Christmas carol concert hosted by Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey. A very special date where the Princess of Wales is supported by her family and other Windsors. This last group, presence Lady Gabriella (aged 43), daughter of the Princes of Kent and second cousin of King Charles III.
The author, dressed in a beautiful green coat and gold earrings, arrived at the temple with Caroline and Pippa Middleton, mother and sister of the Princess of Wales, and her cousin Lady Helen Taylor, daughter of the Duke of Kent. A day where Lady Gabriella enjoyed the company of her parents, the Prince of Kent and her brother Lord Frederick of Windsor. It may be noted that this incident happened a few days after the resolution of the investigation into the death of the husband.
2024 is a year of sadness for Lady Gabriela as her husband, the financier Thomas Kingston, lost his life prematurely and unexpectedly on February 27 aged just 45. The lifeless body of Thomas, affectionately known as Tom, was found dead in the family home owned by his parents in Gloucestershire. Confirmed by the Gloucester County Chief Coroner, Thomas died of a blunt force trauma to the head caused by a gunshot.
Further investigation revealed that the medication Thomas was taking at the time of the tragedy may have altered his mental state. “I think anyone taking such pills should be aware of the side effects to avoid future deaths. If it happened to Tom, it could happen to anyone,” Lady Gabriella said in a moving testimony. Similarly, the author firmly believes that her husband’s suicide was not premeditated. “The work was a challenge for him over time, but I am very Doubt it would lead him to take his own life. If he was worried about something, I’m sure he would have said he was going through a tough time.”
After becoming a widow, Lady Gabriella left the marital home she shared with Thomas in Notting Hill, one of London’s most iconic neighborhoods, and settled in with her parents at Kensington Palace to avoid being alone. A very critical time where you are relying on the support of the royal family. Indeed, his only public appearance before this Christmas concert was at the Ascot horse races. There, he shared a car with Princess Anne, her husband, Timothy Lawrence, and John Warren, director of competitions and racing adviser to King Charles III. Also, he starred in a tender moment with Zara Tindall, with whom he melted into a tender embrace.
