LORRAINE Kelly has expressed her delight after listening to the information of her daughter Rosie's engagement over the weekend.
Chatting with Susanna Reid and Adil Ray on the Good Morning Britain programme on Monday, the 64-year-old presenter opened up about her shock proposal and in addition praised her future son-in-law Steve.
