After a short break in New York to serve as Miss Universe, the Danish beauty queen traveled to Southeast Asia, the home of Miss Universe Organization co-owner Anne Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip.
While in Thailand, Victoria attended a special event hosted by a prestigious jewelry brand and explored the country’s rich history and traditions. He notably visited a revered Buddhist temple to honor Thai culture and commemorate the country’s most significant holidays.
December 5 holds deep cultural significance in Thailand as it marks the birth anniversary of His Majesty the late King. Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) and is also celebrated as Father’s Day. Realizing the importance of the event, 21-year-old Victoria Bowen paid a solemn visit to Niwet Temple, where the late king was laid to rest.
